These terms cover your use of this website. Using the Kintsugi app itself is covered by the terms you agree to inside it.

Who you are agreeing with

Software and AI Services Ltd, registered in Northern Ireland. These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland.

What Kintsugi is, and is not

Kintsugi is a set of self-management tools. It is not a medical device, it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a crisis or emergency service. Nothing in it replaces a qualified professional. If you are unwell or at risk, contact the services listed on our support page or your doctor.

Accounts

This website has no accounts and nothing to log into. Your Kintsugi account lives in the app, and keeping access to it secure is your responsibility.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reach another person’s data, break the service, or use it to harm anyone. The social spaces and the practitioner listings are age-checked and moderated, and the rules for those spaces and the route for reporting something are published where they apply.

Paying

Nothing on this website is for sale and we take no payments through it. Everything in Kintsugi that helps someone in difficulty is free, permanently — see the pricing page. Where a paid option exists it is bought inside the app, and its terms, renewal, cancellation and your statutory right to cancel are set out there before you pay anything.

Ending it

You can close your account at any time from within the app, and what happens to your data then is set out in the privacy policy. We may suspend an account that is being used to harm other people, and we will tell you why.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not liable for loss arising from relying on general information published here — including the support directory, which lists other organisations’ services and contact details in good faith but is not maintained by them.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
